Coiste Ard Mhacha Minor Board News

The Coiste Ard Mhacha Minor Board meeting is NOW to be held on Wednesday evening 10th March in the Pearse Og clubrooms at 8pm, all clubs are asked to ensure that their minor board delegate receives this information. The first round of the Féile got underway on Saturday in wonderful sunshine with all games being played, home clubs are reminded that they must phone in the results to either Fiona on 07752409874 or Niall on 02838340584 on the day of the match.

"The next meeting of the Armagh Minor Board is on Monday 1st February 2010 in Armagh City hotel at 7.30pm and Board officers and 2 club delegates are invited to attend. The agenda will include proposals / motions of how all the underage leagues will be structured and the grading of all teams."

A who's who of GAA talent will line out at Father Dan McGeown park in Derrytrasna, Lurgan next Sunday week, November 1st, for the North Armagh Town v Country charity game. As with the inaugural event last season, all proceeds from the game will go to the St Vincent de Paul society.
A big crowd is expected at the 'Trasna venue for what should be a closer run game than last season, considering that the Town's Brian Mallon is out of action and that the Country strike force looks stronger than it did in 2008.
